-Bhutan Visa is provided upon booking a travel package with a travel agent like us, usually it takes maximum of 7 working days to get Visa after the advance tour payment.
One can go for hike up to the ancient monastery, raft in the glaring river, ride a mountain/motor bike, take a beautiful picture at enormous colorful fortress with a shy monks, trek near the snowcapped mountain, explore remote villages and pristine biodiversity, discover the culture and tradition of the shy and friendly locals, immerse in the hot stone bath for healthy body, meditate in the serene temple for a healthy mind, attend the annual festival in the beautiful local attire and many more.
Tourist must pay a sustainable development fee of Nu 1200 per night for regional tourist(Indian, Bangladeshi and Maldivian) and USD 200 per night for other nationalities plus USD 40 one time Visa fee excluding hotels, meals, transportation, guide, travel insurance, etc.. Collectively the cost of travel becomes relatively expensive.
Spring and autumn are voted best time to travel Bhutan mainly due to no rain, warm weather, and beautiful scenario with cherry blooming during spring, longer days and festival held during that period of time.
